These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Z Baaz and its users. By accessing the platform — whether through the Z Baaz website, mobile app, or any other channel — or by creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2. Account Registration

3. Identity Verification (KYC)
Z Baaz complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and KYC (Know Your Customer) policies. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a certain threshold and for large transactions.
KYC verification typically requires one of the following valid identity documents:
- National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
- Passport (valid and not expired)
- Driving License
Proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) and a recent selfie may also be requested if needed. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.

- Payments through third parties or deposits from another person's account are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions
Z Baaz regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, detailed on the respective offer page. General bonus terms include:
- Wagering Requirements: Once a bonus is credited, you must wager a specified amount before withdrawing it (typically 20–30x the bonus value).
- Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or minimum bet amounts.
- One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses are generally not active at the same time.
Z Baaz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus if a user is found to have engaged in irregular activity or attempted to abuse the bonus system.
6. Betting Rules
General rules that apply to all betting on Z Baaz:
- Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled unless Z Baaz acknowledges an error on their part.
- If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, Z Baaz reserves the right to void or correct it.
- In Sports Betting, bets placed after the match result has been announced will not be accepted.
- Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
- The maximum bet limits set by Z Baaz must not be exceeded.
Slots and casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited. Z Baaz does not predetermine the outcome of any game.
7. Responsible Gaming
Z Baaz believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a cause of distress. That's why the following tools are available to all users, free of charge:
- Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given period.
- Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you can play in a single session.
- Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
- Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for an extended period or permanently.

- Operating Multiple Accounts by the Same Person
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games
- Abusing the bonus system or claiming any promotion through fraudulent means
- Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to defraud other users
- Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems
- Helping minors create an account
For any of the violations listed above, Z Baaz reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit any associated balance.
